Artistic Pies from Lauren Ko!

Thanksgiving makes me think of pie. There are some really pretty pies out there. Pie crust can be a cool application of art! Lauren Ko is a pie baker that excels at artistic pie crusts. The pie crusts are super cool and use a lot of different ingredients to make intricate patterns. I struggle to to make a pie crust that sticks together, but would be cool to make beautiful pies on day.
