Caroline Kent: A set of symbols

When looking through the blog, Two Coats of Paint, I came across an article about Caroline Kent’s solo show: A set of symbols. Her schematic abstract paintings seem to combine our first few weeks of class by using sets of symbols that may represent something larger to the audience but are still completely up for interpretation. It connects to the way we may look at symbols and how they are found meaning to the general public when we’re using them for icons for apps, infographics, etc.
