King Solomon Sculpture

One sculpture that I always pass when walking to class but never had the chance to stop to think about was the King Solomon sculpture by Alexander Archipenko. I always thought it looked very similar to a clothespin wearing clothes, but in reality, the sculpture is meant to depict a king, with the prongs at the top being parts of a crown. This was the last sculpture Archipenko created before passing away, and I thought it was very cool how Penn had possession of one of them.
